STRAWBERRY: Botanical Greeting Card

The name "strawberry" comes from the Anglo-Saxon name "streoberie". Its current spelling was used since 1538. Symbolic of perfection and righteousness, strawberry designs were often used on altars and pillars in churches and cathedrals by medieval stone masons.
