Sir Winston Churchill was known for his consumption and love of Champagne. The Pol Roger Champagne house made a special pint bottle of Champagne for Churchill. These were served daily each day at 11 AM. The house estimates that Churchill consumed 42,000 bottles of Pol Roger in his lifetime.
