Text on the tag:
The first Fabergé Egg was commissioned by the Czar Alexander III to Carl Fabergé as an Easter gift for his wife, giving full freedom on the design, as long as it had a surprise on its inside. The fist Fabergé Egg was made of gold and white enamel, and it treasured a golden yolk in which there was a golden chick with ruby eyes.
