Junger Dackel (Young dachshund) by the artist Karl Reichert (1836–1918). He studied at the Academy of Drawing in Gratz, continuing to study in Munich then Rome, returning to Austria in 1869. He is a painter famous for town scenes but notably for his paintings of animals.
