Yotsuya Arakicho in Tokyo was once a major ‘Hanamachi’ (literally ‘Flower Street’) where Geisha lived and worked. It was filled with many teahouses and drinking establishments and nowadays it is one of Tokyo’s top food neighbourhoods.
