The earliest reference to “kiss my arse” with the similar spirit of “go to hell” dates as far back as 1705. However, an episode of arse kissing is cited even further back in the late 1300s in “The Miller's Tale” by Geoffrey Chaucer: “But with his mouth he kistehir naked ers.”
